Red Wine Preparation Method (Non-Professional Method)

Homemade grape wine. Steps:
press the grapes.
Subject to ferment for 4 days.

Squeeze the juice
Strain the juice through a sieve.
Add water 1: 1
Skills 10 Liters got juice, added 10 liters of water (preferably purified).
Add the sugar (200 g per 1 liter).
At 20 liters of juice - 4 kg of sugar.
Sugar mix well until dissolved.
We close the container and put it under the water trap.

It took 20 days, the wine almost ceased to play.
The last time I threw (1 kg of sugar) and put in the water seal to complete fermentation. The cover of the barrel, I close up the dough for tightness (but it is better to close up plasticine),
that did not get air. (The wine can turn into vinegar)
If you can close up the bottle skips clay or dough.

2 weeks have passed.
It remains to pour the wine into bottles for preservation.


Note: I think the four bags that he added in the middle of the video was added to feed the yeast. Yeast consumes sugar and excretes alcohol. The added sugar increases the alcohol content of the final product.
